Sandalwood has been used since ancient times as a natural aphrodisiac, giving rise to feelings of intimacy and sensuality. It can be used by itself as a natural perfume with excellent longevity and sillage.
Mysore refers to the region that this oil has been retrieved from. It is considered the premium region for producing sandalwood derived products. For an oil to be correctly labeled mysore it has to boast santalol levels of at least 90%. This oil has santalol levels of 94.88%
